The rent is a weekly rent. If you need to know the exact amount your rent will be on a monthly basis, you need to multiply it by 52 (weeks of the year), then divide it by 12 (months).
ie. £100 x 52 = £5200 / 12 = £433 (per month)

Yes. Deposits required are usually the equivalent to "2" weeks' rent. So, for example, if the rent is £100/week, the deposit will normally be £200. Deposits are lodged with and protected by the government Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) and are therefore no longer kept by the landlord. For this reason, deposits cannot be used to pay the last 2 weeks' rent of a tenancy. For very short stays (less than 3 months), Rent in Advance may be required instead of a deposit.
If you can supply all the required documents and these are satisfactory, you will need the equivalent of 2 weeks' rent for the deposit plus the first week's rent minimum to move in.
For example, if the rent is £100 per week, you will need to pay £200 for the deposit and £100 rent for your first week to move in. In other words, you will need £300 to move in.
Thereafter, you will just pay your weekly rent or £100 per week.
Other conditions may apply in special cases.
By Standing Order set up with your bank. It is due each week on the weekday of the start of your tenancy. For example, if your tenancy started on a Friday, the rent is due every Friday, if it started on a Tuesday, then it is due every Tuesday.
